Our Rights and Responsibilities

State-Issued Credential Card

As a Maine State National, you are entitled to a

  State National Credential Card

for identification and verification purposes that you have indeed "come home" to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction, and can no longer be "mistakenly mis-identified" as anything other than a Living American Man or Woman,

Protection from Harm

The primary role of any government is to protect the People and their Property from harm.

Our   Peacekeeping Task Force    is organized on the County, State and Federal Levels to help coordinate that, with both the American People, and federal and local governmental services contracted Law Enforcement Officers and Municipal Police.

Each state populates and organizes from the people its own well-regulated Militia, to perform the functions of protection of its people and to coordinate a community response in times of emergency, natural disasters, etc.

Freedom of Travel

As a Maine State National, you are entitled to

                Private Property Plates

for your transportation, unless you are using it for Commercial Purposes.

Taxation Liability Changes

As an American State National, unless you work for the Federal Government or are a Dependent, and you do not receive income from federal sources, you do not owe Federal Income Tax.

You can also submit a W4V to your employer to exempt you (and them) from paying federal income tax to the IRS.

Land Jurisdiction Document Publication

The  Land Recording Office  is a system available to all  American State Nationals to post any documents that are required to be published on the Public Record. This includes Declaration of Political Status, Land Patents, Common Carry, the 928 Forms or any other documents that require Public Recording on the Land Jurisdiction.

Debt Relief

As a Maine State National, you have access to the

Sign In America  debt relief program.

After taking the on-line education course, you can submit bills to our Sign In America Coordinator to have them offset.

Civil and Criminal Justice System

American Men and Women are entitled to a fair hearing by a Jury of their peers.  American Common Law Courts are under the purview of the Land Jurisdiction and the Public Law.

These courts and their officers are populated by the people of the General Assembly who then participate in the Jural Assembly.  We, as Maine State Nationals, volunteer to be jurors to provide the people of our community with this Right.

When people decide to step up and serve their communities, and take the steps needed to qualify, and then declare themselves as Maine State Citizens, they automatically populate the Jural Assembly Jury pool.

Freedom of Travel

As an American State National, you are entitled to unencumbered international travel. After you complete your status correction, update your   Passport  to reflect your standing as an American to claim the guarantee of your rights and privileges of safe, protected passage.

Protection of Private Property

As a Maine State National, you can now truly own your land outright, rather than being legally considered a Tenant on the land under Title (ie. belonging to the British Crown)

You now research the chain of custody in Titles and Grants for your property, and find the original Land Grant dating back to the time of the end of the War of Independence, and then file the Land Patent to secure your Property Rights as Free Man or Woman of the Land and Soil.

Private Business Protection

As a Maine State National,  you have the right to transition your business from engaging in Public Commerce in the corporate world (Sea and Air Jurisdiction), to a Private Family Business conducting Private Trade (Land and Soil Jurisdiction)

Keeping the Peace

As Americans and Maine State Nationals on the Land and Soil, we the people are responsible for upholding the Public Law: keeping the Peace and doing no harm to another or their property.

As the Lawful employers of the corporations that currently manage the Peacekeeping and Law Enforcement aspects in our communities, it is our responsibility to educate these officers and organizations on the Land Jurisdiction and Public Law, their responsibilities related to our Jurisdiction, and to prevent or correct any interactions that result from a misunderstanding or ignorance of the different Jurisdictions.

Continuing Education

As a Maine State National and an American continuing education is part and parcel of self-governance.

After you correct your status, there are more steps to take and more things to learn about our American history to help you become fully informed, and thus fully free, to exercise your Rights and Responsibilities as an American.

A free and educated society is a Peaceful society!
