Quality Review Team Process
In an effort to avoid mistakes such as posting an editable PowerPoint on the public side of The Maine Assembly website, the General Assembly voted on Saturday, November 16, 2024 to have a Quality Review Team review and approve all materials, documents, products etc. for The Maine Assembly which are to be available or distributed to the public on behalf of The Maine Assembly.
The Quality Review Team is made up of the Coordinator(s), the Marshal at Arms, and IT and is product generated only. Anyone who is interested in reviewing any materials, documents or products being presented, would need to contact a member of the Quality Review Team for further information.
1.The final draft of the material, document, product etc. is to be emailed to the Quality Review Team at
state-coord@themaineassembly.org, assets-librarian@themaineassembly.org, marshal_at_arms@themaineassembly.org,
itadmin@themaineassembly.org. The subject line of the email is to read Quality Review Team – Current Date - and what the material, document, or product is such as Info Video, Tri-fold, Info PowerPoint, or pamphlet.
2.The Quality Review Team would then collaborate that formatting, document file, page breaks, etc. are appropriate and if approved, would email the draft back and inform the ASN or ASC it was approved to move forward.
3.Should the Quality Review Team identify a problem, the ASN or ASC would be contacted and informed of the problem and what correction(s) would be needed. The Quality Review Team would consider the review complete and return the draft to the ASN or ASC as they do not hold or keep any information on file after the review. Should the ASN or ASC want the draft considered again after correction, they would need to submit it as a separate final draft and repeat the above steps.

New Training Committee Opportunity
Step 2 – Recording and Publishing Your Status Corrected Paperwork
Summary - To continue to clarify the steps involved in completing the paperwork process for a new man/woman coming on the Land and Soil. We have determined it would be more beneficial to call the separate processes steps instead of phases and to complete all the steps required (however many that might be) so we can identify “Step 1 of ?” before actually voting to adopt them. Also, we could more easily change something in a previous step if necessary.
Remember - All ASNs and ASCs on Maine are not only welcome to participate but are encouraged to do so! There are no time or participation requirements to be part of this training committee. There are no right or wrong answers, no deadlines and no judgements so please email or call me because we need all the help we can get!!!!!

"Anyway, this argument about whether you do the county first
or the state first has been very disruptive and very heated
and very wrong-headed from the start, because all these people
want to just raise their hand and say, Oh, I was defrauded. So it
doesn't count. And that's really not it. You can't do it that way,
because you're all you start out at sea. If you start out at sea, you
have to get back to land. And once you're on the land, well,
then you can operate on the soil, and if you just think of it that way,
you can see why we had to do it the way we had to do it, and you can also
see why we are the only organization in this country that has passed all
the tests and has the standing to do what we're doing.
Everybody else wants to do
all this stuff. President Trump wants to act as a British territorial and, you know,
create a new federal republic. Well, that's all well and good, but he's not
going to create an American federal republic going at it the way he is. He's going to
create a British territorial Republic, because he himself has not returned to the
land and soil. He's still out at sea, and he's still registered as a British territorial, never
changed it.
So anyway, I want everybody to be aware of this big flap about, you know, county
versus state, and whether you do the county first or you do the state first, we
have to do the state first, because we all started out on the sea.
We didn't start on the land and soil.
We didn't start on the soil this time around, we started out at sea. So we have to
backtrack
our way back to the soil. And that's just, you know, if you just sit down and think about
this in terms of soil, land and sea, you'll realize that what I'm telling you is true and that
this is why we have standing and nobody else does anyway.

State Coordinators/Co-Coordinators (revision)
Any American State National may move to nominate themselves as a State coordinator
or State co-coordinator. After the move is seconded, a discussion will ensue where the
nominee will disclose their reasons and qualifications for the job to the General
Assembly. After discussion, a vote will take place. If the move carries, the Continental
Marshals’ Office will be notified.
If the nominee becomes a coordinator or co-coordinator and was an ASC, then their
status immediately reverts to an ASN.

Attending General Assembly Meetings
The General Assembly is open to all Nationals. Attending the General Assembly meetings is
optional, however encouraged. You are invited to participate in restoring our lawful
government. We meet on Zoom every Wednesday at 7 pm and in-people on the third Saturday
of the month at 10 am at our Richmond office. You need to have reviewed the 3
Orientation PowerPoints, and have autographed the Affirmation of Intent Form and
submitted it to Records to be eligible to vote at these meetings.

Update from Teri Sahm on April 28th 2024 on Coordinator’s Call
Teri has requested that the SIA Coordinators collect the following:
1. original documentation of each loan submitted.
2. a current statement from Feb or March 2024 verifying it is still owed and payments are being made.
Per Teri, what is no longer eligible is:
1. all loans that are older than 10 years
2. all loans that are paid off
Teri stated:
1. The SIA Committees will collect the data, facts and evidence and forward copies to the Federation for eligibility and approval.
2. The sooner we get the information submitted, the sooner she can review it and make the claim.
Please email copies of these documents by Thursday, May 9th 2024.

Attention all Maine Nationals.
During Anna's webinar call last night, April 21st 2024, and Tuesday’s Podcast #30 – SIA has updated the information for Nationals.
Anna is asking for the total debt incurred for "big ticket" items that have a fixed date / due date, such as mortgages, car loans, student loans, and loans in general.
You are to claim the original amount of the debt, not what you currently owe. Again, these loan contracts need to be in place prior to April 1st, 2024.
No credit card debt, no monthly bills and no MOCEE totals are to be submitted.
Total up your amounts, make a pdf and email it to: sia-coord@themaineassembly.org as well as sia-coordvlm@themaineassembly.org
Include the date, your name, recording number, and the total amount.
SIA does not need a copy of those contracts at this time.
But please keep your "contracts" as they will be necessary at the time of disbursement of funds.
Again, the above information must be emailed to SIA by midnight April 29th, 2024.
As stated before, things are ever-changing. Your patience is appreciated - as we all navigate through this process.

The General Assembly
voted to place
Donnamarie Timm
on a full one-year timeout
from The Maine Assembly
Due to her continual attempt to discredit foundational
information/material, refusal to communicate in good faith,
refusal to course correct, and her attempt to incite known disruptors
and non active Nationals to adopt an antagonistical view by
denigrating the participants of the General Assembly
and
The Maine Assembly as a whole.
No access will be granted to Donnamarie Timm
to attend any General Assembly Meetings, Zoom
Meetings and gatherings. Access to The Maine
Assembly back office and any Maine Channel
will be revoked.
Donnamarie Timm will be receiving an email stating the
one-year timeout, her violations, as well as a re-entry program.
The Federation, the Bank Team, the Assemblies are all
here to protect people and their property from harm.
We are all volunteers in this cause, doing what the paid-for
government should be doing, and isn't.
So when you come to us for the first time, be aware that not a dime of taxes paid
for what you see, or any service you receive, including the bank services we are
making available. Be aware that you, personally, did nothing to create this
miracle. Be aware that the people you speak to are all volunteers. They aren't employees.
They don't have to serve you. We've all taken more than enough abuse from the foreign
municipal corporations masquerading as our government.
